Byron Shire Respite Service recognises the value of education and practical work experience. In fact, several of our current staff began their career in the Aged Care sector with a work placement with us. The organisation provides a supportive and educational experience for work placement students offering an opportunity apply the skills learned in the classroom in a real-world setting.
